Dogs at a village shelter come with 30 day gift insurance...The form says I need to support the coverage *online or on the phone* I tried to confirm it online, yet they tried to attack me for the shelter plan I was told was free. Do I need to call and speak to someone in person? The insurance is through Shelter Care pet insurance programs. It also says if i confirm before Sep. 2nd I can add 15 days for free to the coverage. So is it unquestionably free? Or, do they end up charging you?
I have no sentiment, but I would for sure call the shelter and ask them because you don't want to end up getting charged. Good success rate!
I have no fantasy, but I would for sure call the shelter and ask them because you don't want to end up getting charged. Good chance!

State Farm Insurance Bithday Gift?
Mar 30, 2008 by Summer Ruby | Posted in Insurance
Okay, Uncanny question-
Every year I recieve a letter in the mail from State Be killed Insurance Angency to "celebrate" my birthday. They say that if you stop by the position, they have a free "birthday gift" for you. My family and I figure it is probably nothing favourable, just a calendar or something cheesey, but we can't help wondering what it really is! If you separate what it is, do you mind eh, tell me?? lol
Thank You!! :o)
Steady - they like to get together with you once a year and review your insurance - birthdays are a good way to remember when y'all talked last!
So they're using your birthday as a once in a while to review with you.
You'll probably get a gift bag with things like calendar, pens, bon-bons -
sometimes we make special bags from folks we know better - like we have a golfer giftbag for some of the guys (golf tees & other tripe)
If you haven't reviewed your needs in a while - you should give it a try....BUT know how to say NO! if you don't feel the desperate straits or available $ to buy something.
Most people need the auto, homeowners (even if you're renting) and sustenance insurance (amount depends on current bills and family size)
and maybe a close articles policy if you have alot of expensive jewelry (they're VERY cheap! and a very produce idea)
So as long as you know how to say NO don't be afraid to go see what you might need
I've worked at a few contrastive agencies for State Farm - some are high-pressure salespeople....but most honest want to explain why you need the 3 basics of insurance
Your insurance substitute send you B-day greeting and you wondering what it is go find out. You know it's something not expensive. Could just 5 or 10 dollar gift be open to star bucks or some place like that. You really sound type of ungrateful.

As likely as not some cheesey calendar or other useless trinket. They're trying to sucker you into the firm to sell you something you don't want.
Call and ask. If they won't tell you, you didn't want to know anway.

What Is So Hard About Accepting A FREE Gift Of Salvation From The Lord Jesus Christ?
Oct 14, 2009 by Proof That Brains Always Win | Posted in Religion & Spirituality
If this gift sincerely required nothing as the claim says, then you wouldn't have to accept it to be saved. This coordinate b arrange for of reasoning is used repeatedly by those trolling for converts in schools, offices, on TV, and righteous about anywhere else you find an aggressive member of the cult of Jesus. It's the same nonsense that is spewed and taught in Bible about classrooms in most churches.
It sounds wonderful doesn't it? Everybody loves free gifts. The hornet's nest is that the gift of salvation as taught in the Bible is anything but free. It first requires that you perform a work. That profession is believing Jesus is your Savior and that only he can serve as your intermediary with God. Of course it also means that you stomach all the baggage that goes along with that.
It means you accept as truth that this "God" will correct people for the "sin" of disbelief(Mark 16:16, John 3:18, John 3:36, Heb 3:12, 1 John 2:22), it requires that you reverence a God who will provide infinite punishment for finite sins, and it requires that you undergo a God with the behavior of a rather manipulative, power hungry, petty tyrant.
It means you must abstain from your mind to save your soul. You must confess Jesus is your Lord and reverence him as such. That act is a "work" in itself. Faith is also a work.
Make no take the wrong way concerning the actual nature of this so-called "free" gift. Salvation is exchanged for put on a pedestal and it's nothing more than a holy barter system where you say the magic words and you are saved. On the surface it's tight-fisted, easy, and painless. It appeals to anyone who doesn't want to be burdened with idea for themselves, but it's in no sense "free".
This form of holy fire insurance is nothing more than false advertising and should be treated with the same relate to one would have when he opens a box of Cracker Jacks and digs out the cheap trinket that came as a "free" gift when you purchased the box it came in.
what do you guys over?
A non existent individual has nothing to offer!!
There is not one single mention of Jesus in the entire Roman log - that is right - not one!!! At the same time as he was supposed to have been around there were a number of Jews claiming to be the emancipator - all of whom are well recorded!!
There is not a single contemporary record from any source and even the bible mentions of him like all other references were not written until many years after his meant death!!
He was supposed to have been a huge problem to the Romans and produced wonderful miracles but still not one coeval record?
Even the bible mentions of him like all other references were not written until many years after his intended death!!
Pilot is recorded in the Roman record as a somewhat require luster man but no mention of a Jesus, a trial or crucifixion that would surely have been hand-me-down to make him look brighter!!
2/ there is no such thing as a free lunch/gift/anything.
3/ I can think for myself.
Thanks but no thanks.

I half way accept with you. Salvation is free in that it cannot be earned. The only way to obtain it is to accept it as a gift. But it is hardly free in that it costs you nothing. Jesus made that abundantly open throughout his ministry. I won't do a cut-n-paste, but the story that captures this perfectly is Christ's morality tale about the pearl. A guy discovers a pearl in a field and sells everything he owns in order to purchase the field. He neither made the pearl not placed it in the field, but he certainly paid a expenditure to possess it.
I'll make a deal with you. If God ever makes me king of all the Christians I'll archaic a law forbidding distortions of the gospel message. Until that happens, though, all I can do is work within my own Lilliputian circle of influence to correct them.
peace

You are appropriate. This is a gift, but far from free. Those who claim it are lying. God isnt here to make you rich, or super talented looking, or whatever.
God wants our hearts. Is He a tyrant? Hardly. The gift of eternal life story can hardly be seen as tyranny. But hard times will come. If you do God's will, people will odium you for it, though it will reap amazing benefits.
Look at Peter. He was crucified upside down for Christ. John was beheaded. John the Revelator was boiled and exiled. Paul was jailed and flogged. We are freed from our thick-wittedness, from our past. Our hearts are released, and only then can our minds truly understand God's learning.
For the wisdom of this world is pathetic, even false, compared to the wisdom of God. What man can be a match for? What man is so smart, or so strong, or so successful that he does not need God? We are only smart in our own minds, overbearingly in our own minds, successful in our own minds.
This isnt about fire insurance. It's about completely transforming your sentience, in this life too. It's about finding truth and purpose, rather than living in vain. It is so much easier not to take this "free" gift ironically than to cleave to God.

At best he was an amalgam of those others!!

The event comes at a time when healthcare issues go on with grabbing headlines, but Whitfield said the free clinic is all about serving others, and in some cases, saving lives.
