Let me first go out by asking if anyone has heard of an online insurance Pty called www.getautoinsurance.com, doing a little research background on them its very diminutive about them basicly they are covered by Lindsay General Insurance Agency based out of Georgia. I had purchased there Auto Insurance after speaking with a rep from there associates, the main concern for me here is that I had a hail storm not that long ago and I called a state, the adjuster called me and advised me that he would have an estimator call me for appraisal (assuming that they were gonna send him out) a few days have passed by and I have not received an suffice for from anyone to see my vehicle, I contacted claims dept several times only to be transferred to the adjuster who has it on voicemail. no returns call addicted, what should I do? What steps can I take for further action?
Im in TX and their Insurance Policy covers the State of TX according to there website.

if there was a bluster, you are not the only one with a claim, and they have few adjusters, so sometimes it takes awhile. It is a good idea to get insurance from a nationally recognised establishment even if it costs a little more, so you have a claims center to call...

That's one of the perils of not having a regional agent to help you--or have you called the agent? If nobody gets in touch with you forthwith, file a complaint with the GA department of insurance (they usually want them in writing) and say the problem. You should have received a piece of paper with your policy telling you where to correspond with for this. If not, look in the Blue Pages of the phone book.
You might talk again with the claims put one's faith (don't let them transfer you) and tell them you will file the complaint in X number of days if someone doesn't call. This may quake someone loose; if not, file the complaint.

If you're talking about the applaud storm in El Paso, don't worry too much about it. There have been tens of thousands of claims from that furor, and things are going to take some time to be settled. If your car is still drivable, try to be as patient as achievable, because it could take a while. If you have broken glass or something that is making the car undrivable, you are within your rights to take measures to remodel the vehicle drivable, such as replacing a window. Save the receipts and contribution them to the adjuster when they finally get to inspect your vehicle.
