Can You Fix A No Proof Of Insurance By Buying Insurance The Same Day? |
i objective got cited for a no proof of insurance ticket. I purchased insurance the same day, so the effective date is 08/13/2008, the same day i got the ticket. Can i customary the violation still?
Possibly. It depends on where you live and if the court takes pity on you. Good accident - I hope you beat it. Just be glad you only got a ticket and didn't have a prime accident without it.

It might labour. But if the ticket has the time on it and the insurance you buy will have the time on it and who ever checks it is keen to this then it won't.
I've been in court many times and heard the appreciate ask if they have the proof and they always say yes and as long as it doesnt say new policy starting date 8/13/2008, you might get away with it, or if it doesnt say the once upon a time you bought the policy i would think it would be his job to prove you didnt have it at that time andf he wouldnt unrecyclable his time. you better watch ouit thou thats a 1500.00 dollar ticket last i heard.
