In the phone work under 'insurance'. Call insurance agents until you find one who can sell you the coverage you need at a price you can live with. I had no bother getting coverage for my 1990 mobile, though the premium is way higher than it ought to be for the coverage I have, compared to what you pay for a stay built home. And I wouldn't go to the site in the first post. That same post keeps showing up in fill to different questions so I suspect a scam.

I have mobile home insurance now with a fellowship that the rate has increased 600.00 in 3 yrs. I was given a rate through american praxis insurance for less than 1/2 of what I am paying now for almost the same coverage. Has anyone heard of the insurance company

When I went to their website, it looks like American Praxis is for standard homes, and Modern is for mobile homes. I'd guess, that there's a strong potentiality that you got a quote for a regular home, not a mobile home, and that's why you're seeing the price difference.
