How Do You Get A Job At Great American Insurance Group?
May 06, 2009 by rachelv | Posted in Insurance
I am very interested in working at Great American Insurance Party. I have applied to two jobs, but I have not heard anything from them. I really just want to go over there and ask them on the rank of my resume, but that probably won't look good on my part.
Does anyone work there, and if so, how did you get your job?
I applied for a Medicare Appurtenance Processor I position. I have not heard anything back from them.
I don't about it would hurt your chances if you called to follow up on the status of the resume that you sent. It would show that you are interested in securing the rank.
You don't mention if your resume was sent because you were responding to a want ad or if it was unsolicited. Undeniable if you are applying for an open position you will have a much better chance at landing the job than if you are absolutely sending in a resume..
If you're looking for despatch room, maintenance, etc, you just file an application with them.
If you're looking for something more insurance-y, you are gambler off networking - finding someone there to forward your resume along, or calling in favors from exertion friends.

If You Had A Really Good Job And Great Health Insurance Would You Do THIS?
Jul 07, 2009 by Brenda | Posted in Dental
go around with missing teeth? I have a germane that has all these teeth missing on the sides and has an awesome job and awesome dental/healt benefits but won't get her opening fixed. lt just makes her look ghetto. I don't know if she astray them from smoking crack or what. I would feel awkward saying anything to her. just wanted your opinions.
Suba - i remember you may be right
Talk to them about it. It may be a hesitation of the dentist which keeps many people from seeking treatment.

it's none of your occupation,so you should keep your teeth shut....

She's quite terrified of dentists, pain and/or just plain lazy. Even awesome dental benefits charge some money. (Our "awesome" dental downland pays only 50% and dental work is EXPENSIVE.)
She obviously either doesn't actualize how bad she looks or just doesn't care.

Can You Turn Down Health Insurance At Your Job To Get Paid More Money?
Feb 07, 2009 by dvshucks | Posted in Other - Careers & Employment
My better half has great health insurance through her job. I was just wondering if this is possible before I bring it up at work. Can I resort to b advert to down my health insurance and ask to be paid more money each month?
Trim insurance is optional as far as I know. The only difference in your paycheck will be that your employer won't be taking out any cold hard cash for your portion of the health insurance payments. So I guess you could say that you would end up with more money in your net pay.
Robustness insurance is optional as far as I know. The only difference in your paycheck will be that your employer won't be taking out any in dough for your portion of the health insurance payments. So I guess you could say that you would end up with more money in your net pay.

Satisfied, it's possible, but unless the company has a policy of doing this, they probably won't.
Some companies have a "cafeteria plot" that gives employees a "benefit allowance." If the consideration is not used, for example to buy health insurance, it can be paid out to the employee or used to grant a 401(k) plan

You can do that. It's something that you have to handle with your employer.
Keep in mind that your employer does not have the obligation to give you more money if you don't poverty health insurance.
