What Health Insurance Company Is Available For Overweight People?

our new job is dispiriting to find an insurance company to cover our medical needs to this day we can't find a company who will insurance overweight people.
You'll have to keep shopping, they are definately out there! It's objective it COSTS more, because overweight people have a lot more health problems.
I didn't recollect overweight people needed "health" insurance. I think you are looking for "damaging" insurance. I mean how overweight are these people that they can't get insured???

No, suite health insurance is suppose to turn anyone away from having health insurance because of there weight. It is in the address violation of discremation.
I worked for and insurance company for 10 years. This the first i've ever heard of a insurance Theatre troupe not taken someone on because of there weight.

It seems unfair to me that everybody pays the same cost out. The healthy subsidize the slobs who require more long term carefulness because of their habits and addictions.
This is goingto be hard to pick a "Upper crust Answer!" Many thoughtful comments from a variety of perspectives!
Every distinguish person on this earth does something that is not healthy/good for them. Whether it is eating throw away food, drinking alcohol or soda, smoking marijuana or cigarettes, NOT exercising or over exercising, not wearing their membership belt, etc. etc. etc.
well the druggies dont have banknotes..so everyone would go break and the whole world would go caotic

Smokers and alcoholics, yes. I bet it would cut down the amount of people who smoke and quaff, and then we mitght have a much healthier world. Overweight people no. A lot of them have a thyroid problem, and can't help their load. A friend of mine has a thyroid problem, she's vegan, and she still weighs 250. People who put at risk their lives with drugs, smoking and alcohol should have to pay more though.

many do pay more for health insurance. that is why they give you a questionaire and doctor checkup is sometimes required.

I for all agree! Although I am a smoker and I do get charged more for health insurance, I also think heavy drinkers and overweight people should, too.

What about someone with a higher gamble for certain diseases?
What about someone who smokes or lives with a smoker or is a reformed smoker?
What about someone who sky dives or bungee jumps?
What makes perception, where do you draw the line?
I never once said what I thought, I'm asking what YOU think. So, do not take my doubt as being in support of anything.
People who are over preponderance, and people who smoke already pay more for health insurance. I'm not sure about sky divers, although if the insurance company knew they did this, then they would probably have to pay more.
and yes, i consider they should. that's the whole purpose of risk analysis..

This health worry business is a big mess.............people who are at a bigger risk should pay more,,,,but that's not the way it is current to work.
Everyone healthy will be paying for people who don't care about there health.

I about we should Gattaca things up and make everyone turn in some DNA for analysis and anyone with certain genes has to get a rare kind of insurance than everyone else. Or be on public insurance.
NO. But that's where we're heading....
I already am sure I pay more than what others pay for my extra forty pounds. At least I don't smoke though, opportunely. Isn't that why they ask your height and weight and age and if you smoke? So they can decide to take you or not?
