Could Someone Tell Me How I Go About Getting My Real Estate License? |
I am very interested in becoming a real estate means and/or appraiser. What is the best way to go about doing this? I am already a licensed insurance agent, and am looking to try something new. I don't recall if I should try to get a jod and a real estate company prior to being licensed and they help me get licensed or if I have to be licensed erstwhile. Please help. Thank you.
You'll miss to take the real estate exam. You can buy the book at a bookstore or online and study on your own, or you can take a night type for a few sessions (weeks? can't remember) and then take the test. You do need to be licensed though.
I've got to fascination why you want to do this now, in today's shotty housing market. Real estate agents all over the nation are looking for different jobs because they can't sell barely any houses -karat now. Do you know something they don't? I would definitely think some more about this and speak to some professionals in the area about how they're fairing with the peddle as it is!
