Shareholder battle at Colina General

A shareholder dispute has erupted at Colina General Insurance Means, with a 25 per cent minority investor alleging the circle's majority shareholder is attempting to "squeeze me out" and undervaluing his demarcate, and the latter countering that its offers represented more than 'fair value' "by any sweep of the imagination".
Tribune Business can reveal that Anthony Walker, the former Bahamas First chief and ex-Colina Hybrid president and chief executive, has taken his "shareholder torture" complaint to the Supreme Court, filing a summons in which he is urging the court to with the aim that a "fair value" for his shares be determined.
