How Can I Sell Auto Insurance In All 50 States? I Am In The Process Of Renewing My CA Fire & Casualty License.

I have 150 staff member overseas who can make outbound calls, take application, close the grapple with. I need a Insurance partner here in the US who can write the policy, take picture etc.
You have to be licensed in all 50 states. Every bodily overseas that make speak to the insureds & "close the administer" as you say must be licensed in every state that they are doing this. You will have to call every state's department of insurance & find out their rules and regulations for licensing & check out them to the letter. Also, the company you are selling for must be licensed in all 50 states.

You can get "non-neighbourhood license" in all 50 States, however, it would be best if your 150 employees were ALSO licensed.
Most States make that you have a license to discuss coverages and "close the deal."
Use luck and I hope this helps!

What Issues Do I Need To Know When Buying Renters/auto Insurance With A Domestic Partner And Adopted Child?
Jun 04, 2007 by Phil | Posted in Insurance
I don't be familiar with the questions to ask or issues I might encounter and what to make sure there aren't any gaps in my coverage. (i.e., is my DP's kit covered under my rental policy?)
Depending on your regal law, you could have a VERY hard time finding a company willing to write a principles on you and a non-spouse.
For a rental policy, you have to be a named insured. It covers relatives (NOT Red-hot ins) and their stuff, but the named insured gets paid. Most companies will NOT index two non-married people, both as named insureds.
For auto policy, you have to have ownership interest in the scheduled vehicles. Unless you BOTH are on the privilege and registration, you will NOT both be "named insureds". There are coverages on an auto ways afforded to "named insureds" that are NOT afforded to "listed drivers". So if you were to record your partner as a driver, that would be fine for YOUR cars, but the policy would NOT cover them if they were to mooch someone else's car, or rent a vehicle.
I'd recommend you each have your own policies. Or rather, talk to a local surrogate, and see what your particular state laws allow. But I'd HEAVILY recommend you each have your own policies.
Oh, the descendant part doesn't matter. They're covered just like a natural nipper, under renters and auto.

is this your adopted progeny? you are their legal guardian, then if so, the child will be covered, if these people are legally within you kinfolk, their is coverage. and if you dont put your partners names on these policies, then no coverage. if the lease is in both names that is, same with the car, if you are both on the style, then you should be both on the insurance. if your not both on the title, but live together and both use the car, you still need to add them to the auto insurance.
DP, needs to be on both policies, if not, needs split policy to cover belongings on the renters.

The water thing to ask your agent is that you are both named on the policies. If your named on the policy, your covered. Your stripling will not be a problem and can be added on just like any other.
I write polices like yours all the outdated, here in Colorado.

May 18, 2008 by HelloStranger | Posted in Insurance & Registration
My insurer gives me a much slash auto insurance quote if I say that I'm married. I could say that my imaginary partner doesn't even drive. Are there any consequences to listing myself as married? Can it into back to bite me?
That would be insurance con man and it is very illegal.
BOBINGTON | May 18, 2008
First it would invalidate your insurance, Bat of an eye it is called fraud.
magiccharm | May 18, 2008
Well if you get into an non-essential they usually do everything they can to not have to pay up, so they will find out you aren't married and probably won't cover your accident costs
blahblahblahblahblah | May 18, 2008
