Ever Heard Of Kentucky Farm Bureau Insurance?

Some lady from kentucky backed into my car and caused about four hundred dollars hurt. She left the scene, and admitted to the state police that she left the argument. My wife was behind her, leaving our subdivision, when the lady started to go out onto the main entr, stopped because she saw she couldn't make it out, put the car in reverse, hit my car, then pulled out into traffic. Stupidly, she returned to her parents nursing home in my subdivision, where the state police found her. Well, the accident happened in Florida, and her insurance company, kentucky farm bureau, can't get in blow with her. I have been talking to KFB, and sent them the police report, but they refuse to pay the damages, until they get in come to earth a detonate with her. is that the way insurance is supposed to be? I have the accident report that cleary shows she hit and damaged the car, and admitted that she may have backed into my car. why won't they pay me?
Do they recollect I am trying to rip them off? Small Claims Court?

To explanation the initial question, yes I have Kentucky Farm Bureau Insurance and absolutely love them. They are fantastic to work with from my angle although I've never had to file a claim -- but when it comes to new policies and billing they're excess.

I find it pretty logical that KFB will not pay for damages until reaching her. It could be identity theft for all they advised of -- or perhaps you forged the documents you sent them. Or maybe she's not even insured on the conveyance she was driving (or hasn't paid her bill). As mentioned it will all be settled in due culture. If she lives in your subdivision go knock on the door and ask her to call KFB, or chat with her parents -- it's good a shot.

In the mean time you can talk to your insurance provider. A lot of times in comparable situations you can get your insurance to cover damages, then they will turn around and sue KFB to get their money back.

Do Insurance Companies Cancel Out Your Insurance, If You Have One Accident And Your At Fault?

Also, how boisterous can they raise your insurance. I have Kentucky Farm Bureau and I have heard they are the best.
my husband backed into someones car door.

An insurance company can obliterate your policy at any time for any or no reason by giving you a warning and time (the amount of things depending on the rules for that company) to get other insurance in place. Likewise they can raise your rates for create, or just because the cost of living went up or they had a bad year.

Will they? Maybe, but not probably if you had just one accident on an otherwise clean record.

No, they dont as usual cancel your policy but your rates will go up if you are at fault. And if you have more than one they can cancel you or require you to persevere b manage high risk policy.

No, they can not rescind you for an accident. Yes they will raise your rates.....how much depends on the violation.

Most of the previously No, if your record is otherwise clean. Now they can increase your premium by as much as 40%. Be careful the next few years to sidestep any ticket! Most wrecks come off your insurance in five years. You may be able to lower your extra by raising your deductible and taking a driver safety course. Secure luck

My insurance will not. As far as your rates common up and they will more then likely go up. Because it was your fault. It is hard to say. How much damage was done to your and there car, the auto body machine shop it is taken to. Best bet is for you to call your local agent and i am sure they can tell you.
