Questions Regarding Assignment Of Insurance Agents Of A Certain Race?
Mar 02, 2008 by bdlee85 | Posted in Insurance
An insurance New Zealand has found that black people are more likely to buy from insurance if approached by a black agent, while pure people are more likely to buy if approached by a white agent. The company plans to set apart black agents to predominantly black neighborhoods and white agents to predominantly dead white neiborhoods. Is this practice legal? Why or why not?
that's horses**t!
In my medium there is no color barrier - ONLY the color of MONEY!!
If you want to play the same accordance - I have seen all color of agents rip off their own people of color - so it is a fiduciary responsibility that we have to tend the consumer.
This is consummate as long as they are not kept from selling to the other race.

It sounds legit - they are trying to sell more policies which is their job and based on research, they think they grasp how. If they prevent you from selling somewhere you want to sell, I think there might be a problem with that.....

What Should I Ask Insurance Agents When I Am Shopping For Homeowners Insurance?
May 29, 2008 by Kelci H | Posted in Insurance
We are upsetting to buy homeowners insurance b4 hurricane season...we live in fl. but i wanted to know the to be fair answers to ask the agents when i am shopping for quotes. Is there any? what are the basic questions? i want to clear the way sure i'm covered for all the right stuff and i get what i want and need. thanks for all of your servants!
In FL, it's "will you play down me" and "who are you going to quote me with".
You want an A RATED Carter, with someone like AM Best. There are a buncha new, unrated carriers cropping up, like Cypress, but since they aren't rated at all, you don't even have knowledge of if they'll be in business the day after a major hurricane.
For the most part, a good agent will ask YOU lots of questions, to be unavoidable that you're insured propertly.
I know a GREAT insurance agent in FL - www.huttinsurance.com I'm not attached, but I've brokered stuff through them, and they do a bang up job.
pick up damage
water damage
flood damage
water inundation due to hurricane
not sure of any others but sure there are more; wind damage and water harm are two areas you really need to consider because this agencies are use both to omit one and recrimination the other for not covering you.
Oh yea, ask about current price of items or on passed cost for the note--this will leave you with less money since your items are old so try for current value to replace the thing today.
best but ask anything these guys seem like friends but they are out to make affluence and not really care about insurance holders.

eventhough its determinedly to give an accurate quote because of all the different policies and they usually run your social custody number to give you the correct price BUT i found these 2 sites where you can compare insurance at http://www.COMPAREusINSURANCE.com and http://www.COMPAREeQUOTES.com that give out the most excellently comparisons for auto insurance, i hope that helps.
