Republicans challenge Himes for US Congress

Two candidates for the 4th U.S. Congressional Area showed up at the Fairfield Republican Town Committee Joining, held at Riverfield School on Dec. 7.
Both would like to unseat Congressman Jim Himes in the descend of 2010.
Robert D. Russo is an attorney in Southport. He served in the Claim Senate after winning a special election in March of 2008 to put back Bill Finch who had become Mayor of Bridgeport. That fall he lost to Democrat Anthony Musto.
The blemished candidate, 35- year-old Dan Debicella is currently the Minister Minority leader in the Connecticut Senate. He represents Stratford, Shelton, Monroe and Seymour.
Debicella told Republicans that he grew up in Bridgeport where his author was a police officer and his mother, a secretary. He was the first in his family to go to college, receiving a B.S. inch by inch from Wharton and an MBA from Harvard, after which he was a management consultant for McKinsey and also worked for Pepsico.
