What Does It Mean When Your Insurance Lists "dental Vendor" As Part Of Your Benefits?

This is persuasion of an emergency-I need to hurry up and see a dentist, today, but I do not know if dentistry is covered with my script. I tried calling, but the recording said they were closed for the holiday. Online it says in the "other benefits" cross-section, that "dental vendor" is included. Does this mean that it will binding my check up at the dentist's office?

Please help!

If it is a medical project, most do not cover dental unless you were involved in an accident (ie. your teeth got knocked out or conditioned). You need to read you policy, maybe got to their online web bellman and seek out the "definitions" section to see what is covered.

ps. your not successful to get to see a dentist on the holiday without going to an emergency room.. thought dentists are not staffed in hospitals. You indigence to call you regular dentist (they should have an "incase of emergencies" part to their recording... if it is tribulation... I would suggest going to the ER and see if a doc will get you a script until tuesday.

Ive never had dental insurance and Im looking into companies online but all I can find is these companies that give out reduce cards - can anyone give me a list of really good dental Insurance companies I can look into ??

Christine Gregoire Goes With Budget Negotiation Via Hostage Situation Strategy

Governor Christine Gregoire is holding a gun to the heads of 16,000 kids ( or their trim care plans anyway ) and threatening to pull the trigger if law-makers in Olympia don't raise taxes during the next legislative session.

Gregoire unveiled her proposed budget for next year today and, in accordance with express law , it was all deep cuts. Washington does a new budget every two years so this is a supplemental presentation to close a $2.6 billion hole that's arisen since finalizing the budget during this year's conference.

To make those cuts, Gregoire went right for the governmental jugular: health care and education.

Gregoire doesn't as a matter of fact want to make those cuts, mind you. It's a move in the political nervy designed to force legislators to either back the cuts or vote for new tax packages that she plans to bring to light in January.

Gregoire's hostages include the state's Primary Health Plan, which covers 65,000 people, and the adorably named Apple Salubriousness program, which covers 16,000 low-income children. In the r of the hand-wringing mother tearfully begging the captor for forbearance, the Washington State Hospital Association said this morning : "These cuts endanger quality health care services for everyone in Washington say."
