If your patron is providing it for you, no you do not. If not, you are crazy not to have your own. Mistakes are made by even the best in their field.

Only if someone sues you.

Not to be snarky about it, but there's no way to have knowledge of. Legal professional is CHEAP. Like maybe $250 a year, endorsed onto the outfit's policy. So THEY should be picking it up. If they don't, however, I would ABSOLUTELY buy it.

How Do I Tell My Parents?

I found a readiness to go to for counseling. My insurance will cover it and everything. It's even close to our house.
My Mom has always told me that doctors can't solve everything. She's even told me that all my feelings are in my prime minister. She obviously doesn't want me to go. But I need to. I have to do someting. I have to talk to someone. And that someone isn't my mom. Why doesn't she craving me to go and what can I say to her to allow me to go?

Unravel to her that you know doctors can't solve everything. Explain you need to go to see for yourself if it helps. If she doesn't allow or really is against it, see if another family member will help get you to appointments.

Talk to your boarding-school counsoler and have them call her and talk to her and let her know you really would benefit from it.

try to act with her...If that doesn't work, Ask another family member to help. It's really sad that you are consenting to get help but she wont support you...Good luck.

Can Credit Card Company Put A Lien In My House For Non Payment Of Debts? I've No Late Payment Yet.?

What I am making now is scarcely enough to pay my house, utility bills, taxes, insurance and food. My IRA was a big help before. It's now depleting in another month or 2. I don't homelessness to go to Credit Counseling because I know there won't t be extra money to follow through their commend. What upset me is that few of them wrote me a letter raising the interest to as high as 29% as allowed by law. Fact now I am only concern about my house. It has little equity but couldn't get a cash out because of low income & have faith ratio. Any advice ?

I would say pay your mortgage and a stop to paying the credit cards if it means you cannot have a roof over your head and chow/utilities. The credit card created this monster partially by jacking up your rate to 29% and I bet raising the least payment from 2% to 5% of the balance.

If you owe a lot (over 10k) on credit cards, you might yearning to check into bankruptcy.

Yes, a assign card company can put a lien on your house-but only after they win a law suit.

The good news is that everyone is having so many problems that, unless you whole a lot of in money on your credit card, it probably won't be worth it for them to sue you. If they do, you might want to look into filing bankruptcy.

How much do you owe on your credit prankster? It may depend on the amount you owe. From my knowledge, I don't think that they can. I think the only people that can put a lien on your house is : 1) The bank who owns the mortgage, 2) Say government for taxes owed, 3) federal goverment for taxes owed.

Have you set aside specie to pay the taxes on the money you took out of your IRA? If no, you need to do that before you worry about the credit cards.

If you are very low proceeds, look into getting some help from the government at this website www.benefitscheckup.org

As far as your honesty cards go, you may want to talk with a credit counseling agency, as they cc companies can put a lien on your house if they take you to court, but they definitely don't want to do that as it is expensive to do it, so if you can negotiate something instead it is better for both of you.

Yes they can.
When my parents died, their Ascription Card companies demanded us kids pay the bill or our parents home would be be liened. According to our attorney, attribution cards companies can even force a homeowner into a sale to recover their obligation. If they can get a house out of the deal, yeah, I'd say it's worth their effort.

I would go to a credit card adviser because they may be able to negotiate lower interest rates, and can advocate on your behalf for a repayment allot.

Obamacare v. Medicare

Obamacare v. Medicare By Dan December 08, 2009, 7:53PM

President Obama in his haleness care speech three months ago to this day vowed, "I will protect Medicare." The only difficult is that his plan completely eviscerates Medicare. The core funding technique of the president's health care proposal is a $500 billion cut to Medicare, which provides healthcare to seniors and the non-functioning. The only way to slash, what the president calls $500 billion in “savings” from Medicare, is to disavow state-of-the-art medications and life-saving medical procedures. Unfortunately, the old-age pensioners will be the losers.

In fact, The New York Times, a very liberal and very pro-Obama newspaper, admitted that fears of rationing for oldish patients are "not irrational."

Here's what the Times reported: "Bills now in Congress would jam savings out of Medicare, a lifeline for the elderly, on the assumption that doctors and hospitals can be more competent."

This means that faceless bureaucrats will decide the type and standing of your care.
